We lead weekly Libera peer groups across the state in schools, juvenile detention centers, shelters, residential facilities, libraries, and online. Anywhere girls gather, Libera wants to be there to listen to them and support them!

SOAR Program and Transitional Housing
Libera's SOAR program (Supporting Opportunity, Accelerating Resilience) is a 12-month transitional housing and career and resilience accelerator for young women ages 18–24 in North Central West Virginia who have experienced homelessness, foster care, juvenile justice involvement, mental health challenges, or substance use disorders. Participants receive therapy, life skills training, Libera peer groups, wraparound services, 21st-century job skills, career exploration, and financial literacy workshops. Mentoring and community connection eventsare a vital part of the program. Participants also receive a monthly stipend for productive hours.
